Choosing your design should be the hard part. Here are the answers to the essentials.

Which designs can I choose from?

Choose Thriller, Billie Jean or Smooth Criminal. Each has its own artwork and colour palette on the same double-hood silhouette. The selected design is shown before you buy.

How does the double hood work?

The fitted inner hood has an eye opening, with the central zipper continuing into the face covering. The outer hood sits over it. Wear the front open, or zip it up and pull the outer hood over for the full look.

How do I choose my size?

Use the size guide to compare your usual size and recommended height. The hoodies are designed for a baggy fit: choose your normal size for the intended look, size down for a less baggy fit or size up for an extra baggy fit. For help choosing, contact us.

Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

Monthly batch preorders. Estimated delivery: 2–3 weeks after ordering.

What is your returns policy?

Request a cancellation or size change within 6 hours. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days for replacement help. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Which design should I choose as a gift?

Start with their favourite song: Thriller for burgundy and red-jacket artwork, Billie Jean for black and electric-blue details, or Smooth Criminal for cream and navy. Confirm their size before ordering. Need help deciding? Send us a message.

Shipping & monthly batches

MJ HOODS is offered in monthly preorder batches. Your product selection shows the current batch and its ordering deadline. Once a window closes, you will need to wait for the next monthly release.

Estimated delivery is 2–3 weeks after ordering. This covers your order’s processing and delivery; it is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Any available shipping choices and charges are shown before payment.

Cancellations & returns

Within 6 hours: email us with your order number to cancel for a full refund or request a change to the design, size or address. After this voluntary window, changes may not be possible.

Damaged, defective or incorrect item: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a free replacement.

These service windows do not limit your statutory rights. Where EU consumer rules apply, you can withdraw from an online order for a standard, non-personalised hoodie within 14 days after delivery. Choosing one of our standard sizes does not make the item personalised. Statutory remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods remain available.

To cancel, request a return or report an issue, email mjhoodsshop@outlook.com with your order number. We will provide the next steps and return address where applicable. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
